Do you experience feelings of:
Pathways Through Grief offers participants a caring space where grief is witnessed, stories are honoured, and connections are made – bringing about a sense of steadiness, hope and belonging.
Who Am I To Do This Work
I am no stranger to grief in my own life, having lost my only sibling, and my parents in the space of a few short years. My personal encounters with grief shook me to my core and changed me in profound ways – strengthening my resolve to deepen my scholarship and practice around helping others navigate their own grief journeys. To that end, during my academic tenure at McGill University and working closely with the faculties of medicine and social work, I completed further studies in palliative care, and in the areas of loss, death, dying and bereavement.
I am deeply invested in, and committed to, the field of grief work, mental health and wellbeing.
I consider grief work sacred work, and am deeply privileged to be called to it.
