MINDFUL COMMUNICATION

A 4-Week Experiential Workshop

Communicate with more presence, clarity, and compassion
— even in difficult moments.

Do you ever:

    • feel unheard or misunderstood in conversations?
    • react quickly, then wish you’d responded differently?
    • struggle to say what you really mean without creating tension?

This 4-week workshop offers a supportive, reflective space to slow down and learn mindful communication practices that strengthen connection — with yourself and with others.

What We’ll Explore

Over four weekly sessions, we’ll work with some common communication challenges:

Listening deeply | Learning to be truly present — listening to understand, not just to respond.

Reactivity & Emotional Triggers | Noticing habitual patterns and developing the capacity to pause and choose your response.

Speaking with Clarity & Honesty | Expressing feelings, needs, and boundaries with kindness and confidence.
