Elements of Yin: Series
Join us for a monthly deep dive into Yin yoga. Each month we will be offering a 2-hour yin practice themed around an element. Through gentle poses, stillness, quiet, and solace, we will embody the sacred elements of nature and our body. 

One Sunday a month we will be offering a 2-hour yin practice themed around an element. No experience needed.

  • Jan: Wind/Air – clearing space (5:30pm-7:30pm)
  • Feb: Fire – transformation, creativity (5-7pm)
  • March: Water – soothing, flowing (5-7pm)
  • April: Earth – grounding, nourishing (5-7pm)

You can sign up for individual classes ( at 35$ each) or join the series (100$ for 4). Sundays 5-7pm.
