Learn the foundations of the Ashtanga yoga practice in this 6 week series.
Explore the history and tradition of Ashtanga yoga with focus on tristana (breath, dristi, bandhas) and asanas. You will learn how to build a practice to do on your own that will benefit your physical and emotional well being.
Dawn Gordon and Janice Young invite you to nurture yourselves with an evening of Yogic breath and toning, guided meditation and crystalline magic sound medicine – creating deep relaxation and healing.

COMING THIS FALL! Join Nadia Boucher, certified, experienced, trauma-informed Yin Yoga instructor and Somatics practitioner, for an in-depth exploration of the practice of Yin Yoga.
Together you will develop an intimate understanding of how Yin Yoga benefits us physically and energetically. How to practice for maximum benefit and how to incorporate the qualities of Yin into our daily lives.
On Monday, August 26th at Noon we will be offering a free 50 minute Zumba Preview Class led by Nipa!

This series will give you the foundations of sun salutations and standing postures in classical yoga. You will learn proper technique and build a solid working knowledge of Ashtanga Yoga. Sachiko makes it fun and accessible for everyone.
