Karolina Svoboda

Karolina provides an authentic yoga experience rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga combined with the strength and movement of Vinyasa Flow. Karolina’s classes are focused on breath with movement and she creates sequences that challenge students to grow in their own practice, encouraging them to push themselves while ensuring to honour where they are and where they have come from in their own yogic journey.

During her training in Costa Rica and India, Karolina gained invaluable experience and knowledge with a deeper understanding of yogic philosophy and the history of traditional Hatha Yoga. She has taken what she has learned, mixed with her own personal practice, to develop a style of class that resonates strongly with her while maintaining authenticity from the roots of this ancient practice. Yoga is the unity of mind, body and spirit and she ensures to incorporate all three aspects into every class.
