Today, the rest of our group arrives, and it feels like a family gathering for a special occasion.

Elle and I arrived on Thursday the 6th at a perfect hotel room with a rooftop area to practice yoga before the heat settled in. Lisa arrived a few days ago, and Jill joined us last night.

Mornings are sacrosanct with coffee on the deck, a walk, some yoga practice and off to the beach. We are building a circle of heart-filled conversations, laughter, and connection. I am stirred by the gentle breeze that softens the sun; where time disappears.

Travelling to an unknown destination is the bridge between the past and the future. I am changed by my experiences here, where the table is set perfectly for enjoying a feast of the senses and committing to a relaxed way of life.

We arrived at the Villa yesterday afternoon and were delighted about the space. After settling in, we wandered to the beach and swam to cool and enjoy the vast ocean.

Dinner was a few meters away at a Greek Taverna. The yoga program officially started this morning. Vardit cooked a mouthwatering brunch with fresh, seasonal traditional cuisine. She also shared stories with us that touched our hearts.

We feel truly blessed and inspired. We hope that sharing pictures and a blog will inspire you too…
