The New Year – The Year of Self-Acceptance?

We often start the New Year with some trepidation of not wanting to repeat the patterns of the year before. We want, desire or think we should change something in our life or think that we should change ourselves.

How about a different approach: an approach of self-acceptance? Carl Rogers stated many years ago, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

Join us on this journey of guided gentle yoga and meditation practices as we develop this capacity of self-acceptance. Begin to open up to the idea of our basic goodness that might feel hidden or even non-existent as we investigate allowing and recognizing our true nature, our inherent goodness.

Part 1: Allowing Life to Flow with Self-Acceptance

When: Saturday, January 7th, 2017, 1:00 – 4:00 pm

Part 2: Creating Space for Loving-Kindness for Self and Others

When: Saturday, January 14th, 2017, 1:00 – 4:00 pm
Where: Harmony Yoga & Wellness Center, 360 Duncan St, Duncan BC

Great for beginners and those with an established yoga and meditation practice who are wanting to delve a little deeper into the concept of self-acceptance.

Cost: $100 + tax for both sessions
Cost: $55 + tax for individual workshop
