Coffee Asana

We started our first day with coffee asana- coffee at 6 am, for the sleepy heads. Morning practice accompanied by mist, monsoon rain and thunder strikes.

We arrived in the midst of a small storm with monsoon rains. It feels comforting and familiar coming from the West Coast. In meditation, a merging and surrender to the storm, reconciling and releasing the tensions from the journey.

At midmorning, the group shared their story and call to take this pilgrimage to the Holy Land.

Honesty and openness serve as the guide to settle into self-inquiry and reflection.

Our lives here revolve around the delicious, vegetarian meals that are grounding and balancing.

Each meal a delight to the palate that contributes to our wellness.

A walk around the community and plans for the things to see and do.

Dinner filled with laughter, communing with the staff and learning about the culture and traditions.
