We’re located at 103-360 Duncan St, Duncan BC V9L 3W4. We’re part of the Cowichan Green Community at The Station: a vibrant building right across from the Duncan railway station! Just walk down the left side of the building to find our door!

Business Hours

Our schedule changes frequently, so it’s best to check our schedule before dropping in for classes or to ask questions. in general, the door will open 15 minutes before and stay open 5 minutes after classes that fall outside of regular business hours. *Open by appointment outside of business hours for wellness services.
