Introduction to Yoga is a great class for beginners, or if you want to learn the postures in a slower setting, step by step. Learn the basics of sun salutations, classical standing and seated poses in this series of three classes. Bonnie will break down the fundamentals of yoga postures and offer a basic introduction to breath and body awareness. No experience necessary.
