Madi began her yoga journey in 2019 and has been teaching since June 2022 after the completion of her 200hr YTT. With past work as a Youth and Family Counsellor, she hopes to weave this knowledge into class, creating a space that feels nourishing and gentle to the mind and body. In class, you can expect an inclusive atmosphere welcoming all levels, bodies, and abilities to come learn alongside her. She hopes to encourage a compassionate approach to practice and an opportunity to reconnect with one’s body and mind in a supportive way, on and off the mat.
