Weaving together Yogic Philosophy and modern evidence-based teachings from the Mental-health field, we will work towards creating a harmonious relationship to one’s self.
Each week provides tangible guidance and embodied exercises to navigate and understand ways to cultivate self-compassion. Suitable for all levels.
Sliding scale from 80$- 145$.
