Join Steph Rose for a deep dive into the nourishing practice of yin yoga. Yin is the practice of slowing down and of embodiment. Being present in the moment. It’s a deeply grounding and meditative practice. Honouring the nature, seasons, and rhythms of your body, mind, and spirit.

This training will cover:

  • The principle, history, philosophy of Yin
  • Benefits of the practice
  • The shapes and asana of Yin, use of props
  • Elemental yin: connection to nature, elements and seasons
  • Meridians and energetic pathways
