In the first two sessions, Charlotte and Susan will guide you step-by-step through the key movements, postures, and principles that form the foundation of most yoga classes. You’ll learn posture names, how to align safely and effectively for your body, and build the confidence to attend any of our Level 1 or Level 1–2 classes with ease.
Our final session is a special practice exclusively for our Yoga Starters — a 1-hour Level 1 class followed by a short Q&A with your teachers.
You’ll also receive a printed reference guide and video overview to support your practice and continued learning.
And that’s not all! To encourage you to attend your first public class, you’ll receive one free class pass to use after completing the series.
