Explore the fundamentals of yoga through an introduction to the breath, body awareness, postural alignment, and muscle engagement.
Come and support our YTTs as they guide you through 108 Sun Salutations. The 108 Sun Salutations will be broken up into three sets of 36, with a mini savasana after each set. Do one set, two sets, or all three! This powerful experience will stretch you and leave your yoga practice changed. It’s an incredible way to detox both physically and mentally, all while supporting a great cause.
